You are solely responsible for any harm arising from any violation of the above restrictions, or any other damage resulting from User Content posted by you through this site.

- USE OF CONTENT GENERATED BY FUEL.FIT
The Fuel.Fit site uses artificial intelligence to create cooking recipes or modified versions of cooking recipes (example: a vegetarian version of an existing recipe) (recipes created or modified being hereinafter referred to as "Generated Content"). By using the Fuel.Fit site in accordance with the terms of these terms of use, you obtain a personal license to use the Generated Content. This license allows you to use the Generated Content, modify it, and make a copy of it for personal purposes, but does not include the right to distribute the Generated Content. Fuel.Fit is and remains the owner of the Generated Content.
- CONTENT ADDED BY USERS
Content added by users to the Fuel.Fit site, hereinafter "User Content," includes recipes that you may share on Fuel.Fit, as well as communications, information elements, data, opinions, photos, profiles, messages, notes, hyperlinks, textual information, designs, graphics, sounds, or any other content that you and/or other users of the site post or make available on or through the site, except for Generated Content and other content that is our property.
BY CONTRIBUTING USER CONTENT TO THE FUEL.FIT SITE, YOU WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY RIGHTS OR PERMISSIONS TO CONTRIBUTE THIS USER CONTENT.
When you make your User Content available to us (which may include personal information), you waive any expectation of privacy that you might have regarding the use of your User Content and any image or personal information that may be found therein, including your profile information.
