Spice Blend
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp fine sea salt
Notes
Store in a small jar in a cool, dark cabinet for up to 2 months. Shake before each use as spices can settle. Use about 1/2 tsp per serving as a starting point and adjust to taste.
